We usually activate a retainer plan within 1-2 business working days of receiving the first retainer payment.
You can cancel your monthly retainer ANYTIME. Just login to our Stripe client portal here to cancel your subscription. If your subscription is not yet automatically renewed, you can cancel it anytime (just like Netflix!).
Developers assigned to your project are Senior-Level only. Sometimes we select candidates that better fit your project. We may also assign multiple developers to one project if there's a need (example: mobile app retainer, where backend, front-end and app devs are required).
